I don't like craising because you will get called a lot and you would have hard time playing OOP in big pot when there are pretty much no good turn cards for you. You can't even bet on 5 turn for value and that is pretty much one of the best possible turn cards. For me this hand is similar as if you would be craising J5 on QJT. It's super super marginal and you are bloating pot OOP

Also I don't think people saying the "when you call you let him realize his equity" are right in this spot because even if you craise people are calling you w/ overcards anyway and you have to check the turn anyway.

calling on flop/turn is imo best and it's not even close

lol @ comparing this board texture to "J5 on QJT"
but yes, poker is different, styles are different, there are many opinions, and sometimes its too hard to say which is better

and yes, any good aggro tard will exploit your c/c c/c c/f easily, but if ppl at your buy-in level dont triple barrel often and don't make thin valuebets (if they hit their pair ott or otr), then i can agree w you

craise flop would be good if you have history w/ villlain and he knows you craise a ton of flops. Then the random spazz would probably make up for enough value that it would be good.

And of course pretty much always you are exploitable by just check calling. Doesn't mean that you should start craising everytime you hit something

people are def unable to thinvalue. most are basically incapeable, esp the bad aggro players that are super polarized in almost all spots.

Do u think people don't bet the pair when they hit ott or otr? (assuming they have two overcards to 2nd pair) Personally, I doubt it as long as we're talking about population tendencies. Imo even fishy ones would vbet.

And the fact that there aren't many good turn cards for us is rather making the c/r better, no?

The longer I think about it the more I like a c/r vs aggro.
