IMO 25bb deep A2-A7o / a bit worse Axs are better flatted than 3bet AI.
For me, A8o is a cutoff where readless it performs better shoved than flatted.
A2o shove, this deep, often is better than folding, but mostly worse than flatting. Yeah, even with their playability. At least for me...a noob can easily be wrong.

def flatting vs randoms preflop, A2s does SO much better shoved than A2o, though. so mostly i just shove Axs. Afaik (and this could really be very wrong) A2s does about the same as 22 3bet shoved. and nobody in this forum would advise flatting 22. (although A2s plays better post obv)

For my villains, 20-25bb deep, their stack off range is top ~18.9%. A2s 3bet shoved there is doing almost 0 EV from the start of the hand(considering the tight open %)...but I don't really see much KTo or K9s type hands stack off; much more often it is Ax. And against that kind of dominating range, 3bs A2s can be worse than folding. Add in random spew calls, and it's +EV shove, but idk, I just prefer to flat it, unless I see villain opening a wide range of hands.
