What do you do with a gutshot here? Just fold? He has 28,6% 3bet and 75% cbet in 28 hands so far.
Is the small betting size a sign that he has more likely an overpair than AK etc?

    would just fold PF. As played would call the flop.

    edit: if he is not isolating too much, i would see a preflop limp very sexy considering that he is 3betting quite much.
