13 buy inn downswing?

I just moved up to the 10$ HU turbos, and are now experiencing a 13 buy inn downswing. Is this considered normal? I don't know if it's just bad luck or the fact that the players are better.
I had a roi of 12 over 300 games at the fives. Now I have a neagativ roi of 10 over 50 games at the 10s.

Should I keep on playing the 10s?

Standard, a 50 game sample is nothing...keep playing if you feel confident you should be able to beat the 10s if you beat the 5s for a 12% ROI...even though your sample was small there too.
