Check back on the flop imo. You have showdown value and a hand that can clearly call any turn probe. Betting is not getting value from any hand and it would be awful to get jammed or check-raised big here.

Whether to call or fold to the raise seems pretty close, so probably not a major mistake either way.

Population doesn't check/raise much, so a cbet has a lot of fold equity, and we can still call a 'normal' sized check/raise. Facing a jam will be very rare on this flop.
