Villain is a winning reg for decent size with ROi +10%. He is quite passive in position on the flop and only c-betted 1 out of 4 times. So, in fact early of the match he was loose PF and opening almost all buttons, but passive on the flop, but when the blinds go up, he tightened up and started folding ton of buttons. So I get nice 2-1 chip lead and suddenly he started 3beting a lot and he doubled up with 66 vs my A8. After double up he 3betted couple of times as well and then came this spot. Until this hand he was 3betting 28.0 for 70 hands.

Thoughts?

Fold, IMO. Some stoving seems to indicate that he needs to shove pretty damn wide for this call to be +EV.

Also, you failed to mention how much you were opening.

seems like a call. nobody can be precise here but i guess his 3bet range will be wider than the 28% and from 35% on it becomes a call.
you can also profitabily openshove this or limp pre.

I'm not sure, but this deep you should always consider opponent shoving with quite wide range. And if you have any doubts if a call is good in this spot, wouldn't it be better to just complete instead of minraise?

we need 43%, and he really have to shove here pretty wide to make this call ev+. if he shoves any pair, any ace, better kings and higher connector we don't have enough odds to call. if he was tight there is a big chance he just ran well when he started shoves. Imo this is marginal, more on bad side

So what range do you prefer there?

I hate to say this, but this is entirely villain dependant. Some regs will shove a much wider range than others.
