Not a ton of reads.

He had been really tight-passive so far but def seemed to come to his threshold on me running him over, and in more recent times he had started to float me (Floated JT on AK3r). He had also started 4x'ing a couple of buttons after limping the first 6 or 7.

His PF call steal % was 58.

Thoughts on flop? and obv turn.

if he is getting sick of you raising then i would imagine he could have alot of 7x in his range.

Is villian the type tocheck raise flush draws, if he is tight passive would imagine most flush draws chk call, so I wouldnt be too worried about that.

Also if he had two pair then you have now overtaken him so your only worried about str8 and trips personally I agree with nathan and this is a ship on the turn.

Yeah...due to the spr on the turn, there's not much to say. Someone is probably getting coolered. If he folds a strong pair, he's kind of dumb. You shove any FD on the flop. Strangely though, this would be a really
cool spot if we were 100+bbs deep...

yeah with the read i find it hard to put him on a FD i mean it seems pretty clear from the read/his line that he has a big hand here just you've made one too and you can't really do much else but put it in.

base on your description that villain is tight/passive and kind play like fish. I don't see any reason y the villain want to go crazy on this flop without a hand. But I don't see too many strong hands in his range as well besides picking up top pair with some kind of straight or flush draw. I do see alot air in villain's range tbh. Flop is fine, follow by pot size bet on the turn or shove are both good lines to take.
