Villain is a losing player with no fixed strategy who mixes it up randomly.

Showed previously that he is unwilling to fold mid pair on a very draw heavy board:

Quote:
PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, 11.5 Tournament, 15/30 Blinds (2 handed) - PokerStars Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com

Hero (BB) (t1400)
SB (t1600)

Hero's M: 31.11

Preflop: Hero is BB with 7, 5
SB calls t15, Hero checks

Flop: (t60) Q, 7, 9 (2 players)
Hero bets t40, SB calls t40

Turn: (t140) Q (2 players)
Hero bets t90, SB calls t90

River: (t320) K (2 players)
Hero bets t180, SB calls t180

Total pot: t680

Results:
SB had 6, 9 (two pair, Queens and nines).
Hero had 7, 5 (two pair, Queens and sevens).
Outcome: SB won t680
Also got a note on him that he limp called a 3bet.

Hand in question is this one:

Would you considder it a standard play to take the 38% if he decides to call with any made hand considdering my stack size or is it always a bad move against an opponent like that?

Considering his bet size on the flop I don't think you have much fold equity so in this case it is almost always a bad play to c/r all in here.

Do you have any reads if he is capable to overbet bluff on the flop? If not I`m just folding.
