While I like what you're doing, and it's thin, I don't like the sizing of it. If you minraised, he'd call with about everything he has here.

By making such a large raise, I think that he is folding a large % of hands he is betting here.

Calling is def not bad, but raising is mutch better bc i have a really strong read how the villain plays turn+river marginal hands. My question is more like how big the raise should be?

I would make a small raise to approx. 280 or something like that...

and flop is like close to always a cbet imo
