Never folding here, he seems pretty bad and so be spazzing and also potentially pretty tilted from the T8 hand

He jams for value with worse (Aces up mainly) so can't see this ever being a fold

Yes you beat some hands. Snap fold? No, snap call but too thin to jam.

I don't see why he seems bad to you, as I've told I didn't notice him bluffing yet, esp didn't see big bluffs, and anything like overvalue hands..
Also in my experience bad players (when they overvalue hands like set, 2 pairs on these kind of boards) don't c/r so big - they check/min-raise instead.

if villian is c/c so light i would start c-betting 3/4 pot and stop c-betting light like in hand 2,
river is a call

agreed, but in those hands I wasn't sure he was calling c-bets light,

also is this easy call? because I can see in his range KXdd, 3Xdd, 25dd, 75dd, 78dd, etc
- w/ these hands he would play exactly as he did, and this range doesn't look narrow to me, am I nit

Could be spazzing some percent of the time. Also you will see value raises by hands you beat here(slow played set since you have been barreling in the few hands played) and a lot of ax that rivered two pair. Maybe against this exact guy this is a fold, but you really have no way of knowing that yet and in general calling is better against most.
