I was practically card dead whole game, so this may have been my 2nd 3bet (he folded the first time), so I have no stats on his 4bet %

Not sure if it's better to fold pre or flat and evaluate on flop vs someone like this, he seemed very aggressive on the flop + whenever I raised.

Given your reads, this hand can probably go either way. 77 is a fold, 99 is an easy shove in my opinion. Flip a coin I say, heads shove, tails fold. As played, I'm never folding that flop.

We need 43% equity for this to be a shove (Assuming hes never folding if we ship). We have approximately 43% vs [77+ aj+] so its a ship if he 4bets to this size with a wider range than that. Id probably fold it given that its only the 2d time we 3bet, so really no reason for him to be 4betting wide.
