I guess it depends on just how aggro you think he is. If you've seen him stab river after turn checks quite a bit then I think you have a call. But a lot of hands beat you river.
First of all I see that your OR is too big, I prefer miniraise, x2,1 or something like that. By this way you can get smaller SPRs.
Btw, I think is not a bad idea to three barreling, there are not to much aces in his range that don't 3bet pre-flop like a2-a9, but depends of the villian. The 3 is a scary card for you, but a "comfortable" one for him because he splits with every K except AK, KQ, K3 or KK, so it's eassier to get a call by all the K.

Well, it's not a big big problem but when the blinds are in this level I think It's much better because you will get the same folds loosing less when they 3bet you. And with smaller pots you will get commited less frequently. Miniraise it's good but something like 83 or 85 for example it's ok too.
