less than 30% left.... always amazes me how fast main action sells out...

on Taxes - I'm of course willing to withold some fair amount - one investor suggested 28% - that simplifies, you have nothing to worry about vis a vis liability - that is easier for everyone

if I had a super deep run, I'd probably have to hire an accountant to manage all the 1099 BS and lord knows that is a pain.

AGAIN - if you are overseas investor, the US tax authorities have no way of chasing a potential US liability... from my point of view, you furnish an email saying funds have been received and the US taxman's attitude toward that is my problem
