I do understand somewhat now why you did it this way because you were only going to match what you raised. Just think it’s important everyone realizes if you fully fund they really have half or their percent of your total profits.

Yes, def no attempt at misleading here I had anticipated most would be understanding the wording clearly as to the final #s split occurring prior to distribution but I see how could be misconstrued. It really is as simple as % being accounted after profit split as opposed to % being halved and distributed at face. The numbers are identical and a persons $ in vs $ out are equally identical in either scenario.

Thx, no I’m glad you mentioned it so no future misunderstanding as I am assuming 50% losses in position (say a session was -$800 that’s $400 out of my pocket) so would be horrendous for me if my profit % was 0 lol. Obviously some cash game backing more often takes the form of investors paying full funding and having a smaller % of return (say 40-60% profits) but I feel the need to have equal risk exposure/skin in game for this package as well as allowing investors to realize a full % return on % bought.
