Scott, received your PM and began to reply to it in private, but I really wanted to publicly thank you for what I know was a very thoughtfully constructed package. I've always taken pride in making packages where I thought buyers were truly getting the best value possible, and this is one of those rare cases where I feel an exceptional player looked out for the investor foremost.
