He has obviously degened it off. Could the guy who knows him please pm me his contact details. It is fraud soon and so will get the appropiate response.

Reading through this entire thread in one go it seems that something is definitely up.

IMO (From somebody who hasn't invested), the OP was able to withdraw all of the funds for the package, lost the majority of the $ and then realising he couldn't finish out the series, 'got sick' for a couple of events and then dreamed up 'couldnt withdraw $' as a ploy to buy himself time (knowing he wouldn't be back home for a month after the series). He probably scraped around the $ for the 1ks so it didn't look too suss (him just missing the entire 2nd half of the series).

Once again, not an investor, just my 2c...it feels like this could be an accurate version of events, coming from myself who hasn't read this thread before and does not know OP.

Mods can delete my post if they feel it is out of place for those not invested to be posting.

OP obviously very likely does not have the money at this point.

IF this is the case, OP needs to come in here and list the amount owed to each person, list how much money he currently has to pay, give everyone a reasonable timeframe for when they will likely be paid, and explain how he will find the money to pay off everyone.

Anything OP does between now and the next few hours that doesn't involve either paying everyone back or the above is completely unacceptable.

There is really no point in dragging this on any longer.

welp. random fact I forgot earlier: I originally had 5% of his main event. First week of the wsop (june) he asked me if I could pay him for it in Vegas (I was out for the entire month) then which I thought was slightly strange since the main wasn't for another month and could just give it to him around the time of registration. I told him to wait as I'd prefer to give the money closer to the actual date. perhaps he wanted to collect the money asap w/regards to what looks like a potential scam

guess I got lucky

He hasn't been signed in to 2+2 since the 26th. The date he sent me the PM saying
"I'll be back home on 29th and will pay you and everyone on that date or within a few days afterward.

I staked scarer for around 4 months (untill may) and never had any kind of issues with him at all. This is all looking pretty bad at the moment but I still feel there is some hope that David will come and fix all of this. Feel free to PM me and I'll help in any way I can.

Ok iv been holding this back for a couple of days to see wether he would come in and post an update himself.

I sent a message to my friend Martin who is a live pro from Glasgow who has been playing in the US all summer to find out if he knew anything about David (he is one of the privet investors listed in David's posts).

31st july. We were having some general chat about his trip etc

me: 'btw u heard anything about David Kirkpatrick? 2+2 is blowing up at him because he hasn't paid anyone or let them know whats happening
martin: yeah he is meant to be coming out to AC this week i'll sort it out for you when he arrives.
me: is he not going home? he posted on the forum he was going home and would pay everyone

His reply to that message didnt respond to that question but I doubt he knows much more because I dont think he has ever been on 2+2 or knows what its all about.

I sent him this message earlier today
'2+2 starting to go really nuts on David. u had word from him?' havent had a response yet.

When he responds im going to try and get his phone number and find out whats going on.

The most annoying thing about this for me is i reccomended this to a few people and posted links to this package in the HU regs thread. I genuinely thought David was a good investment and thought he would handle this very professionally.

The guys who he might be meeting up with have pieces of this and are friends of mine so he basically has no chance of scamming me but if it turns out that others don't get their money back and i do then il give mine to chairty or something appropriate.

I will post again if I find out anything else.

you can post that im going to try again to get in contact with him, if he hasnt answered me in a couple of days ill go through other methods to contact him and do my all to see fast payment for all investors
