Was talking to him a couple of days ago in the chat of the Big 55, which he was playing.
I told him to communicate with us and that he is a scum for playing with our money, without talking to us.
He then said I should calm down and that he will contact me on 2+2.

A couple of hours later he finally cleared up the whole situation and got into contact with me

The scumbag paid me back on Party yesterday.

It noticed a pattern of him replying to me/this thread after i 1) asked for a picture of him and then 2) announced i was going to the police.

His lack of communication has been horrible and anyone who ever deals with him again must be made aware of this ( in any form not just poker related).

I only invest 4-5 k every series for the sweat etc and after this i am never investing anything on here again too much of a ball ache.

Its unfortunate a scum bag like this will make you not want to invest in the marketplace. Remember, for every 1 stake/transfer that goes wrong, theres 1000s of transactions that go off without any issues whatsoever.

This is the first time I've checked in on 2+2 since Chloe's post yesterday.

I have been playing a few Stars MTT's with what FPP's I had. I've used the cashes to pay a few people back.

I'm owed a large amount of money which I've been expecting this entire time but I've been assured I will have very soon. I had no intention of even mentioning this but it appears I can stay silent no longer on that fact. For now I'm not going to go into any details about this presuming that I receive the funds soon.

I'll continue to pay off what I can until I receive this money. I'm cash poor right now but I do have assets worth a decent amount that would take a little time to liquidize but which I'll do if I can't get this resolved soon.

I overpaid Almito and Chasepoker by about $100. It was a mistake but obviously I'd like them to keep it as some form of compensation. Once everyone is paid I'll look into compensating everyone else.

You do realise that you have stolen money off people that they paid you to play a poker tournament and have since lied to investors and ignored all communications with you ?

Paying it back is not something that we should be grateful for it is something that you should have done 2 months ago when you gained money off people on false pretenses.

And i don't want your extra $100 tell me who to send it to and i will pay off some of your debt if you pay everyone off and then you decide you want to compensate people then you send it me( lol, just lol ).

People might think i am ******ed for not just keeping the money but i dont give a f*** i have morals and if you had any you might be more humble and honest with people, like we have all told you from the start. Im not staking David atm nor do I know of anyone involved with #teamboganonline staking him but Id guess that if he was playing he has arranged a stake by a friend etc, its good to see he is paying people back and I hope he comes good on all of this.

But why the heck have you not explained WHY you are cash poor? Everyone who has invested in you, regardless on if you have paid them back, deserves to know what you spent there money.

You guys all should like a month ago count this money as lost and start being as disrespectful towards Scarer and he's been towards all of you so far (and it doesn't seem to change). I've had very similar situation in the past with ridiculous excuses and reasoning for why I'm not getting my money back and villain in my story had also similar tone towards me which is just outrageous. Everything ended in my case after two years and I'm taught to never give my money even to people that I've known for years (except for very closest ones). Although I had to give up on interest (that he offered himself) and extra payments that villain made in the past because of his ships (that were his decisions as well).

So, Scarer, I must say that you're extremely lucky that you've been treated so nicely by everyone here (which is a bit shocking to me). I don't think your bones would be still intact in every other similar scenario. So, good luck with avoiding consequence even further. People like you never change.

Scarer, please get someone reputable to vouch for you being owed an amount sufficient enough to cover this outstanding debt and that this owed debt is expected to be resolved shortly. If you can't, I suggest you convert your FPP's into cash in a much less high variance proposition than playing WCOOP MTTs. I'm not sure what PS offers these days since I haven't been on the site since BF, but they used to offer FPP hyper turbo 6-max SNGs to the $11 Sunday MTT. You may even be able to just directly buy cash bonuses for FPPs depending on your VIP level (I think). Do one of those and then make payments to EVERYONE that you owe (%'s of what they are owed).

Then compile a complete debt list and work out a payment plan. I'm sure someone will take a chance and back you if you offer them a slightly better deal than normal. Use profits from this to pay people back.

Under no circumstances should you be using FPPs to play WCOOP MTTs unless you are 100% sure (and can prove it to your investors) that this amount owed to you is to be paid back in the next few days. FPPs appear to be one of the only assets you have at this point and should not be gambled away. You need to convert these to cash as quickly as possible and make more payments.

tbh, the amount "owed" seems like a way to keep people off his back as he tries to make enough money and small payments to appease ppl. I'd be pretty shocked if someone came in and said they actually did owe him money

Cleaned up the derail, and I'll just reply to the one person who reported a post and asked why a certain member was allowed to post in the marketplace. Approval is only required to start threads, not to post in existing threads or send PMs. Of course there are circumstances where someone has scammed and never paid back or done something else that requires harsher punishment; in those cases, the poster is banned. We didn't feel the poster in question had reached that point. Also keep in mind that in some cases we don't ban as we'd prefer to know who the person is rather than ban them and they start a new account - not saying that did or didn't come into play here. If anyone wants to discuss these policies in general, or the poster specifically, there are a couple stickies in the staking forums that would be more appropriate. If you post in one of those threads and would like a mod response and haven't got one, feel free to report the post.

Now back to our regularly scheduled thread. OP, keep the payments up, and FFS if you're going to post ITT, do you think you could consider a little less condescension and a little more contrition? Actually, a lot less and a lot more would be in order, but a little would be a good start.
