Posting this in NVG is just going to basically "Cheapen" the matter. Your opening this situation up to the hounds once you tell NVG about the situation. Scarer needs to pay you guys back, and there is no way he is going to be able to get any kind of communication to current investors in a thread. It will just become a cluster****.

Even though he has delayed payment numerous times, he has still updated the investors/thread. Until he completely cuts off communication don't give this guy the death penalty. Which basically is posting it in NVG.

There's a pretty similar situation where a guy 2 years ago completely ran off with 50k of investors money. To this day no one has been able to get into contact with him, and the thread is updated once every few months. Basically no one will likely ever see a dime again. Scarer has had a guy offer to buy the debt, theres some ways you guys could still see your money back. Don't cut off all communication just yet.

He went to AC to try and recoupe some of the losses, probably got smoked there (and apparently mugged) and is now stalling for more time that no one ITT accepts.

I agree guys like this doesn't help either investors or sellers in this market. You might be inclined to give more time if he had told the truth instead of one lie after another.

What a scumbag. The lack of accountability and absolutely zero sense of urgency is cringeworthy. GL investors. It certainly feels like the longer this goes on, the less likely resolution becomes, but I hope this works out.
