TO ALL INVESTORS - File suit against David ASAP and contact the proper authorities. DO NOT give him anymore time as it's now apparent he is well aware that everyone knows he shipped that MTT for $4K and is now trying to slowly disappear, do not let this happen and do not write this off.

pokerpro labs, player scope all of them are blocked. He has went through alot of trouble to hide his stats!

His P5 stats track up until September 9th.

He paid me back an extra $100 which i am happy to ship to whoever. Maybe mod or someone can advise best way to go about doing this.

The ones demanding action don't seem to be the ones who are the victims here, some who have been paid and the rest who are hoping to get paid.

Shame he can not be bothered any more to at least come up with sone sort of extravagant lie to cover for him self. Maybe another mugging story, but no, just a standard 'waiting on funds' lie.

David, I think you'd agree that at this point, three months out, investors deserve some more details. What happens if you don't get paid? Are the assets you're selling enough to cover what you owe? Are you playing tournaments on a stake now? I've said many times I'm willing to work with you if you provide transparency.

But continuing on like this is unacceptable.

again, by not taking legal action you are effectively working with him already. what's his incentive to provide more information? he gains nothing by doing so and he obviously doesn't care about his reputation.

if he doesn't reveal moar details or some sort of payment plan until end of this month i'm keen on putting some money into a pool to let somebody create a scam site which ranks on google top1 everytime somebody searches for his name. A friend of mine owns one of the biggest SEO companies in Germany so I will take care that it's ranked number one in Google and stays there - if he wants to ruin his personal reputation let him go ahead...

i said several times i'm a patient kid bc for me the money on stake is not really essential but even my patience comes to an end at a certain point of time and i think 2 months is moar than enough...

every time somebody mentions the word legal he comes up with bs that people owe him money. just lent urself the money u owe from some friends (you should have some friends who perform better than you in poker huh?) and pay the investors here. once you got the money other people owed you, you can pay back your friends - easy as this but probably in reality nobody owes u money and u r just busto as ****...

people, I suggest stop postponing, stop buying his bull****, stop threatening and proceed with real doing, he'll continue this for many months since you're all buying it, in my situation that I mentioned earlier I was being fooled like that for 2 years and this situation seems very much alike judging by what he writes (and how often) and what's his approach to this.
