It's a ****ing joke that you think it's remotely acceptable to hold investors' funds this long after playing a fraction of your advertised package, while travelling to the east coast without notice, and still not returning funds when arriving home... without a legitimate reason with validated evidence. Your lies are even being exposed by PokerStars staff.

If you think your actions are justified, allow someone to hold an equivalent amount of your money for the same duration you've held investors' funds.

I know this guy personally and have to admit this all comes as no suprise. How can he can go holiday wit peoples money is beyond me. Then he comes in here again and suddenly he now paying monday. Stop stalling and just admit to your wrong-doing, you've hit rock bottom and it's blatantly obvious. Stop scrambling for funds and or more excuses and come up with a payment plan that is acceptable to your investors.

Stop saying funds will be returned "X" date and then a few days later give another date, it's getting old and no one is buying that anymore.

PokerStars has stated that you are fully capable of paying your investors back. They won't be dragged through the mud with your lies and deceit, please stop trying to bring people/companies down with you. You're the sinking ship, not them.

Investors should start running juice on your scammer ass, every day you don't pay. Where is your police report from the supposed mugging in AC? If you lost your wallet, cell, etc you would have def filed a police report, please supply this report.

Lets say for a second that the money shipped to him on stars for the stakes was restricted and he couldnt cash it out (Its happened to me before so its plausible) and he obv couldnt have dealt with it while in the US, so I dont see how he couldve used that money to fund the AC trip. If the money couldnt be withdrawn, it would either have still been there when he got home last week or someone has been into his account and transferred it out while he was away.

2 or 3 times friends of his offered to pay and he didn't take the offers up he's got no excuses
