And there you have it.
If any one of you who is involved in this has not posted something like '
David Kilpatrick aka
Scarer is a lier and a scammer' in NVG soon I will be very surprised!
Big kudos to pokerstars for stepping in when they see someone using a lie to cover something like this up.
I'm guessing he paid back certain people on lock poker as he still had some fund's on there, maybe he was unable to withdraw them prior to his trip / holiday tour of America.
Look's like an addiction to gambling got the best of a once proven solid player.
You have nothing more to lose now David, no reputation left to protect. Time to come clean. I wonder if you took up Bogan's offer to repay everyone whether you may of made it through this unscathed with reputation somewhat intact. You may well of been able to explain to Bogan once he paid everyone your
REAL story and came to a private arrangement with him to pay it back. I guess you assumed you could try and gamble some more to try and get back the money you lost.
Best of luck to all those out of pocket because of this and David, come clean and get help.
