Hey guys! Been a long while since offering any action here. I really haven't had a need to, but figured this is a one-off I'm deciding to play last minute so going to offer it up and selling at NO MARKUP!
It's a $500 buy in w/ 25k in starting chips and 30 minute levels. They haven't made the structure available online for whatever reason. I did call and inquire and they're taking entires until the end of both day 1s. They indicated that day would end @ bb 2500. I plan on registering within 30-45 minutes of the start time (12pm noon, Friday.)
Below is a link to where I paid out a $5k+ score to the MP. I haven't stopped playing by any means, I just don't play a ton live any more. When I do, it's always $500+ live. My local casino (JACK Cleveland, hence the title,) basically never does anything over $250 anymore, other than tourneys like this.
The last tourney I played was the $1100 MSPT they had here back in February. I turned roughly $900 in satty buy ins into 3 $1100 seats that I had all of my own action in. I busted the first AK < AA and the 2nd AK < A5. I never felt uncomfortable playing with any of the regulars on the circuit I was seated with. I still play a good amount online and at this point probably study more than I play for instances like this. I still feel I'm grossly +EV in these types of tournaments.
So the tl;dr is -- $500 buy-in. Selling up to 50%. Playing regardless. $75k gtd, 25k starting stack, 30 minute levels. 2 day 1s and I will play the first of which, which would be Friday. Day 2/finish Sunday. Will give Twitter to investors for updates. Let me know if there are any questions as I haven't sold in a while!
