i just filled out the e-2g form to send it to you as soon as you provide me a email adress to sent and pm peter fox to ask him if that is all i have to do as a german.
But should work the same way as they don't witheld taxes from germans at the wsop

Good thread and read, grats on the wins and on sorting out in the end walkmyline - i actually thought it was occuring over days then realised it was lol 10hours.

Anyhow deffo some good tax info in here, does anyone know what form a player would have to fill in re tax if someone in the UK had a stake in them? Since us UKers dont pay tax, and don't want the dude from the USA to pay tax on the whole part since then he's losing out when us UKers want our full win % without tax returning.

Hi chillin i just did the reserche for Germany and it is quite easy and i guess it should be the same for the uk.

I can aply for an itan for the states, which is basically the same than a tan which all americans have, the i stands for international. You can get te forms in the internet it is calles W-7. It can take up to 4 weeks to get that number, but after that you fill out the same forms than us backers do and can get your part of the winnings without tax witheld.

there is still some events of the same or approx buy in at the end of the month i may swap in place of the missed events. stated this on twitter two weeks ago and on here. klink will be getting refunds instead of swapped action. no one else pmd me stating they wanted refunds instead of swapped action. so as of now thats the plan. if anyone else would like refunds instead of swapped action just let me know. just figured theres plenty wsop venetian and bellagio cup events to swap to instead of refunds. but again if u would like refunds by all means that is fine. will post on twiyter before start of event that package one has action. so theres no confusion
