i got talked into playing the 3k horse event this morning. it won't be in the backing package. just don't want anyone to be surprised when im at the FT :P

$1500 LHE at noon tomorrow. Just went down to the Rio to register and look over the structure. By my estimate, only 12-15% of people will survive Day 1 given the small stack sizes and the speed of LHE. Going to grab a snack and then hit the sack early so I can be fresh. I will update the twitter on each break.

woke up and researched my table draw. looks pretty good as everyone i know who is good is elsewhere. everyone seems to be a relative amateur to donkaments at my table so hopefully i can use that to my advantage. the one guy with a long hendonmob database is a NLer. should be able to exploit that someway too. the only beat is i missed getting shannon elizabeth at my table again by 1.

im 32nd in chips of the 124 left.

it ended just a little too early.

18th. $7,706. updating spreadsheet. Payouts are going to be done at the end as I plan on cashing in more events.

$1500 HORSE tomorrow. Already registered. Going to do analysis tomorrow.

LHE:
BB constantly accuses me of bluffing/stealing/etc and tells me he is going to get me.

Preflop: I raise 6

in CO, BB defends.

Flop: K

BB holds some chips in his hands and checks, I bet, he calls.

Turn: 6

BB checks, I bet/5-bet. When I 5-bet, he looks at me and says "really!?"

River: Q

BB checks, I bet, He calls.

He turns over AQo, misreads my hand and yells "Yes! Ship me the pot!" I just calmly make sure the dealer realizes I have a boat.

only for day 2s and on. they post tables because they have the information collected from bags which are packed the end of the night before and given to the news sites to post chipcounts/tables.

last week i lost a ccr flip at dinner for $90 and took 18th in the $1500 lhe.

last night i lost a 4 way ccr for $760 and today is the $2k lhe.

in WSOP LHE events my ITM is 100% is and ROI is 425%.

LOXXX right?

$1.5k Limit Holdem Shootout tomorrow. familiar with the nuances of this event b/c of last year. if i get to 3-4 handed, i like my chances.

Here are the major hands I played from the Mixed HE tournament:

I plan on posting some of the hands in yesterdays Shootout and will link it here. I got down to 3 handed with Jim Bechtel and a young 2p2ish type(with massive leaks though) with 15k of the 42kish in play but just couldn't win a pot from there on. Against Bechtel I'd probably be a 3bb/100 huhu winner and the leaky young guy probably 1.5bb/100 if we got huhu. Just didn't happen.

My last event will be the $1.5k Stud8 event tomorrow.

and that's my last event. im a little disappointed, but it's been a good ride. really apologize that we weren't able to put in a +ROI steak, even though it's a small sample size. sometime later today, i will start returning money back where it came from. a 1% share comes out to be $77.06.
