this is not a breach of K. I am sure this falls squarely under fraud and, probably, a federal crime (as someone mentioned before).

Why is this not a breach of K? They entered into a valid contract (there's consideration, terms are legal + unambiguous) & Conti did not fulfill his duties.

I apologize - I misspoke. I meant to say that it is not JUST a breach of K. Obviously, it is. My point, though, was that there is a much more serious offense there, than just a breach of contract.

I'm staying with a friend about 45 minutes away from Palm Bay, and to be honest, nothing anybody from there could do would surprise me. Weird, how one town here is awesome, and the next one over is...well, Palm Bay.

Just came across this thread. I am in Cocoa, about 20 minutes north of Palm Bay. I should tell you all, Palm Bay is to the Melbourne area, what Compton is to L.A. Palm Bay is a nasty place. Huge pill problem, lots of struggling people, foreclosures, etc etc. Anywhere in this county, is a much nicer place to be living for such a "big winner" as he claims then Palm Bay.

There is only 1 place he would be playing poker in this area, and thats Club 52 (Melbourne Greyhoud Park), its the local dog track/poker room, about 10 minutes from Palm Bay. Its a terrible run down "towny" card room, maybe one table of 5/10, but mostly 1/2 and 2/5all day everyday. It is very small and anyone who is a regular, as this person might be, would be known by these dealers. If he has this much money and is still enjoying the game at all in the area, he is sure to be playing there.

If not, about an hour and 15 mins north is Daytona beach kennel Club, much bigger games, much better room. He is playing in one of these two places, most likely frequenting Melb Club 52, and playing occasionally in Daytona (the better place). P.S- if you ahve a pic or a Facebook profile with a pic, I can take a look and see if I recognize him from my times in either place, Melb especially is full of the same people usually, might recognize by face.

Also looks like he was charged with multiple counts of burglary, grand theft and principal to theft and burglary at 20 in 1997.

Found a business called US Fantasy Lines LLC with seemingly recent registration in palm bay, business partner listed as Joseph Sweeney, maybe someone should contact Joseph and make him aware his company was founded with stolen funds.

I have copy and pasted some of the criminal records. this guy is quite the con artist, most of his criminal past is theft/burglary/fraud mixed in with possession of drugs/cultivation. I have copy and pasted most of the pertinent crimes dealing with theft.
