well, on Stars there is about 12k in withdrawals in increments of $1k to $2500 between May 1 and June 16, the last withdrawal before 7/5.

There were no rejected withdrawals. There is no attempt at a $25k withdrawal.

Re: Winning Player Fergwrx WSOP package

as a follow-up to the conversations coxquinn posted, i'm pretty sure he tried to scam me during a trade as well. i've done trades w/ferg in the past with no problems, and the last couple i did with him, i'm pretty sure i just sent right when he asked for them rather than waiting until the money hit my account first, because i had no reason not to trust him. not sure why i didn't send right away this time, probably his comment about stars security stopping the transaction, which was weird b/c they hadn't stopped one of our trades in a while. had no idea any of this was going on until a few days ago.

from August 3rd:

Because wywrot also entered this event on his own account...as I said maybe I'm way off with what you meant.

No he played under him, like wywrot backed him for the tournament, it's a common expression...

Fergwrx, where are you? You had mentioned you would update as soon as you and your friend figured out exactly how much you owe to investors here and at PTP. It's been a few days...this shouldn't be that hard to figure out.

Please, do the right thing from here on out. Update your investors. Communicate please. Your first priority at this moment should be to give investors a comprehensive list of how much you owe, how much you have (you obviously have > $0), and how you go about paying everyone back and in what timeframe. Get all this information out there, then if you want to disappear and sulk for a few days go ahead.

Quit the BS, the jig is up.

I am trying my best to do everything right from here on out. I gave my audits for pokerstars and full tilt to a few people to try to help me figure out what is owed and where money was lost etc... I do not want to hide anything and I want to do anything I can to work and do everything I can to pay back what is owed. I wish I knew better exactly where the money was lost. I kept really horrible records and dont really have anything other than my buy-in tickets, and stars/ftp audits to show.

I have done my best to figure out what everyone is owed and this is what I have come up with.

$4,688.57 is owed to PTP for the WSOP bap
$33,028.38 is owed to PTP for online MTT bap
$6,839.10 is owed to webguysteve
$1,000 to pipedream17
$7,800 to bootswild
$1,500 to thechips55
$2,500 to puffinmypurp
$1,000 to wywrot
$25,292 is owed to 2p2 for WSOP

Well I have spoke with 2 different people that may be willing to put me in 45man sngs which i crush or the super turbo HU's which i do really well at the $100-$200 levels as well. They are waiting to see how all of this pans out and to see the final numbers owed, but the idea as of now would be to do those things and pay their share back first since they would be taking the risk in putting me in these games. Then once they are paid back to continue backing me in those games and putting the % we agree on into a pool of paying people back.

Re: Winning Player Fergwrx WSOP package

when you say you have nothing

does that mean you have nothing to escrow ptp, no money online, no money in bank, no cash, aka flat busto?

when you were playing $200 super turbo HUs < 1week ago?

ok.

I have nothing to escrow, no money online, no money in the bank, no cash, completely flat busto. Everything I had or anytime i was able to get money i sent it towards payouts. I am not saying this was the right thing to do at all I am just saying i have literally no money.

Your audits didn't come close to confirming 80-90k in losses. Clearly you have the cash from your WSOP cashes and are just claiming to be 100% broke and probably living off what you stole from everyone. How can you claim you're broke when audits say otherwise? Honestly makes me sick that you continue to dodge everyone and ignore our requests for you to come completely clean and explain. Is all you have offer seriously "I'm broke end of story, I lost 80k and here this proves it (which doesnt even come close to proving that much in losses). You have a lot more explaining to do and tbh the way you're handling this really pisses me off me.

Bottom line..sure as hell looks like you're pocketing a **** ton of cash to me, you've yet to prove or explain how this money was lost

I am not dodging anyone. What else do you want me to provide? I dont want to hide anything I don't have some magic stash of cash i wish I did I want to pay people back anyway I can.

The reason I am not hiding these audits or hand histories is because I my self had very poor accounting and dont have the money. I did not post that I am flat broke to get sympathy I would never expect that after what I have done. I just want to do whats right.

Re: Winning Player Fergwrx WSOP package

For all of the negative things I could say, here is my best positive advice for you on moving forward:

-Arrange a backing deal of some sort, there are several backers who take shots on rogue horses, don't be upset if it results in a lower cut for you, seems like a lot of broken trust, both within your inner-circle and the poker community as a whole.

-Find someone very trusted to handle your money online. Set up some sort of payback fund. The payback fund should be setup to pay back everyone equally, it's not fair to make PTP/2p2 or any of your friends wait longer than anyone else. Even in incremental small payments that might be annoying, it'll show people that you're at least making an effort to pay them back, and it ensures that everyone gets something. You need to find someone neutral between PTP/2p2, and probably pay that person, since it will require a lot of work

try to make updates to thread and keep in contact with people, since youre busto thats really all you can do.

i find it so hard to believe that 84k can be lost to record keeping errors and thats the best explanation that we can get. there are missing pieces to the story that im sure well never hear.

also fwiw i think the amount owed is probably a tad more than 84k

when you played all of those plo hands, the fpp value should definitely go towards this package as well, and for the amount of hands you played, and the money that you lost (that wasnt yours), i think people are more than entitled to that money. same goes with rb etc for games played with money that wasnt yours

same would go for comps at vegas casinos, lets just say you lost 84k playing craps and had some sick comps, i think those $1000 free plays, cirque shows, dinners and round trip flights should maybe go to your investors and not you.

I have been considering all of this in regards to finding backing etc...But, i thought it was more important to figure out and explain where all this money has gone before rushing to play anything. Like i said before there is no super important secret to where the money went I am willing to provide any records i can.

As for paying back the value of FPP's earned is fair as well. I am not so worried about negotiating for a better cut for me I don't expect to have anything go my way out of this situation. I do need to make money and have been brainstorming ways to make money elsewhere while grinding to pay everybody back.

how much was lost in the pit/sportsbook in vegas.

how much was "lost" buying stuff in vegas (food/rides/anything).

how are you paying for your rent/food now that you are flat broke.

I dont know how to figure out how much was lost in pit games, but i did not play very much since i never had much cash on me.

The only bills I have paid since june 1 were rent, vegas house rent, cell phone bills, flights, and bought a new battery for my laptop. There were no extravagant purchases or anything.

This Saturday I spent the last bit of cash I had on rent which is paid up until october 1st.

Re: Winning Player Fergwrx WSOP package

I think there is one possible way that fergwrx could legitimately have $0 at this point. The situation in where this is plausible is if fergwrx had been essentially running a ponzi scheme of sorts over on PTP for the past 6 months or so. I am not really sure how PTP works in regards to rolling over pieces or what not, but it looks like he might have been funneling out money for awhile to live off/travel to vegas/pay for LV house rent etc and then eventually hoping to hit a huge score to get everything square. I mean 6 months of living expenses for a poker player where 6 of those weeks is in LV could easily add up to >$25k.

The reason I am led to believe this is true is because even after hitting a $33k score for an MTT BAP on PTP he was already short over $10k on the amount he was supposed to have in his PokerStars account. The audits that were looked at were for the time period of the WSOP, but it could very well be possible that this scheme started months before. This poor accounting excuse is leads me even more to believe this is the case. Because of his solid reputation on PTP, investors were okay waiting months for payouts and/or just rolling it over into another package.

If you think about the WSOP, he didn't even have enough money at the time to play events. I imagine if he didn't have a $32k cash in that $1500 WSOP event he wouldn't have been in the WSOP and Venetian Main Events b/c he would not have even had the money to complete those BAPs.

Why would he even come over to 2p2 to sell pieces if he was that much of a fan favorite over on PTP? It is likely that he didn't want anyone to dig up any questions regarding previous BAPs that were still going on, or have people attempting to roll over pieces into the WSOP BAP when he didn't even have their money to roll it over.

It is likely that he didn't want anyone to dig up any questions regarding previous BAPs that were still going on, or have people attempting to roll over pieces into the WSOP BAP when he didn't even have their money to roll it over.
The only reason I came to 2+2 to sell the remaining action is because I couldn't get it to sell out on PTP and wanted to play and could not afford to pay back shares that were already paid for.

It was not my intention to take money from anybody. I did not have a plan other than play as much as possible and try to make as much money and do the payouts.
