Does no one see a problem with him selling action on his 2+2 account which he clearly has proven record of not being able to keep secure. Accepting $ for big pieces such as this 25k and packages. Whats to stop him from taking a big chunk of $ and saying he was hacked again.
I think its extremely unreasonable to give this person market place access when he can't even prove he was hacked.

From posting history you can see he posted on 1-19/ 1-20 as him self saying he just got back into town. Then less then 24 hours later he claimed he was hacked, $ was stolen he never repaid and he just made a new account to trade under again. I think it sets a very bad standard to allow people to claim they were hacked, not pay restituion and be allowed on forum again and a risk to others in these big packages as well.
hiya
i looked into this and we do have a note on the acct from back in 2016
the 'indariva' 2+2 acct was hacked/exploited back then - chris didn't scam anyone - but anytime an acct gets compromised, our policy is to close it. that's why he's had to make a new acct
there definitely have been cases where ppl claimed they were hacked but there wasn't proof, or circumstances were dodgy, and yes we totally agree w/you that those peeps shouldn't get marketplace access in future
