FYI- I sincerely apologize for making this sound so complicated. This was my first time selling shares. I just want to clarify my example listed above for this package. I believe my example above may be confusing and not explained in enough detail. The example above applies for a full 1% of my action. However, this package applies to 2k/20% of the WSOP ME. 40% of the Venetian and 50% of Event WSOP 56 for 2010.

Thus, $2000.00 of the my action for the WSOP ME sold here into $10000=5. All % purchased above would be divided by 5 for actual % purchased in my ME part of the package. Unless òf course I sold you a separate % of Main Event as an extra. So, 1%/5 =0.25% of WSOP ME, 2%/5=0.50% of WSOP ME, thus 5%/5=1% of the ME and so on for this package. The same applies for the Venetian Deepstack as 40% is the total. Example of Venetian: if I net 50k and you purchased 10%. 40% of 50k=20k and 10% of 20k=$2000.00. All same terms listed apply.

Sent a PM to all of my investors. It sounds like everyone will still keep their % purchased. Also, to accommodate I added full %s of the main to many of them as an extra add-on purchase option. If something changes some shares may reopen for sale.

The original 3% has went back on sale for nationstations pending action which he reserved. Instead, Nationstation has purchased a different percentage of my total action under the same terms.
