Swede554's WSOP 2011 $1.5k and $1k Package v.2*

About me:
My name is Andreas Adolfsson, but better known around these parts as swede554. I'd say my "home" here on 2+2 is MTTc. Self-admittedly I don't post as much there now as I used to. I am 28-years old, play poker full-time and have done so since 2007. For the most part my focus has been on online MTT's, and that's where I have had most of my success. I've been backed since August 2010, and between then and April 15th, 2011 had ~$60k in profit on Stars and FTP. I feel my game has drastically improved over the last 6 months or so (due to some lengthy review sessions and strategy discussions with my backer) and am looking forward to having a big summer.
Online Results:
$102k profit on Stars.
$24k profit on FTP.
Notable online finishes: I've final tabled the Sunday Warmup, have won (outright or chopped HU) three $109 FO's, and won numerous smaller BI tourneys (the biggest being a $26 on FTP for $13,500).
Live Experience:
Having lived in Vegas since 2008, I've played a lot of live cash and tournaments. I've played in four WSOP tournaments (three $1.5k's and one $1k) with one cash. I've final tabled two Venetian Deepstack tournaments with a few other deep runs. My total live tournaments winnings are in the $60k-$65k range.

Taxes:
In an event of a large cash I will need specific information sent to me. You are responsible for paying taxes on your share of the winnings. I'm a U.S. resident so I won't have an issue with taxes being withheld.
Other Notes:
-If I do not play a tournament that is listed, the buy-in including MU will be refunded. This may happen if I I'm still in another tournament or in the case I do not feel mentally or physically fit to play.
-I will keep you updated as often as possible, most likely every break. I have Skype, and will also make a Twitter account if requested. Updates will include my chip stack, current blind level and number of players remaining. I will also keep you informed of other pertinent information such as the number of registered players, how many places pay and what 1st place pays once this info is available and finalized. I will post pictures of tournament receipts.
-Investors are entitled to their share of the prize money, but not to any incidentals, e.g. bracelet, sponsorship money, etc.
