My name is Jody Rummel. I am selling shares of my action for some Summer events at the WSOP, Venetian, Caesars and the Golden Nugget. This is a 7 event package with strong potential value. Shares will be sold at a markup of 15%. Minimum investment is 1%. I am looking to sell a maximum of 50%.

6/30/11 - $350 Venetian Deep Stack
7/1/11 - $560 Venetian Deep Stack
7/2/11 - $1,080 Golden Nugget Main Event
7/3/11 - $350 Venetian Deep Stack
7/4/11 - $130 Caesars Mega Stack
7/5/11 - $1,500 WSOP
7/6/11 - $350 Venetian Deep Stack

Buy in total = $4,320 X 1.15 = $4,968

*1% = $50

If I do not play in one of the events listed above for any reason, the investment portion for that specific event will be refunded to the investor including the mark up. Any events played other than the seven events listed in this package will have no impact on investors, nor will any sponsorship equity.

Taxes
I will not be withholding any portion of the investors' $ for tax purposes. The investor will be solely responsible for their portion of the win and will be required to provide the necessary personal information if I cash before I can do payouts. If you provide the information needed, I will be able to pay your share in full. If you choose not to provide this information, I will have to withhold 25% of your portion of the payout.

Method of Payment
I prefer cash in Vegas. I arrive on Wednesday, 6/29. Can also do cashiers checks and Paypal as alternative options.

I am leaning towards replacing the Golden Nugget $1,080 on 7/2 with the Venetian $1,080 on 7/2. I will PM investors individually, but please let me know if there are any issues with this. With all of the negative things that I am hearing about the tournaments at the Nugget, I just fear a very low turnout and potentially low ROI. The V $1k will eclipse 250 minimum.
