ok i just set up a new account at Chase and enrolled in the Quick Pay program, the guy at the branch said it should work for foreign bank accounts too.

all you need is my name and email address.

Do they charge extra costs for people shipping from Europe?

as far as i can tell they don't...maybe someone who's done an overseas chase xfer before can fill us in?

For the Chase quick pay/bank transfers do I also need an account with Chase or how does this work?

from what i've heard only one part needs a chase account, which i just got today. so you should be fine.

looks like it's pretty easy to sign up for even with an account at another bank

received $250 from JoeeDB via Chase QuickPay so it seems like it works but it looks like the limit is 250 for your first transfer then i think they raise the limit after that one goes through...it says it should take 2-3 days.

ok i changed my mind i'm gonna stop package 1 at 40% like i said in the op and if ppl back out then oh well, so looks like 4.25% left of that one.

ok chase quickpay doesn't seem to work with non-us bank accounts from what i can tell, but i have another option for non-us ppl who have $ on stars and will be in vegas at some point during the wsop but will be arriving late, please pm if this applies to you and you are having trouble sending $ to me.
