My Screen name is Semifaded on Stars and Tilt. I was a high stakes professional poker player from 2005-2009. During that time I netted well over a million playing mostly 25/50 full ring. I cut back a lot when I opened a restaurant in 2008. I have since sold the restaurant. Although I was mostly running a restaurant I was still playing some poker. I realize that being good in the past doesn't necessarily reflect my skills now. This is why I have included a more recent screen shot and graph of my cash game statistics since June 1, 2010 until black Friday. It shows I have netted a little more than 140k over that 10.5 month period. This isn't exactly killing it but at the very least it shows i'm still pretty good. I am forced to ask for staking because most of my money tied up in an offshore Full Tilt non-interest bearing CD.

I am including a list of people that staked me last year. Although they won't be able to verify that I paid out winnings, since I didn't cash, they will be able to verify that I sent them scanned copies of my tournament entry forms and kept good communication with them through email. PokerChap, Hondizls, Jschnett, Jasonsc, J.C. Alvarado, Zam, Abdaar, Psyduck, Dreadnaught, JonnyCosmo, Soupy87.

I haven't played many live tournaments. My buyins total approx $51,000 and my winnings total approx $71,390 including 190th place in the Main Event in 2008. This link isn't completely accurate but it's good enough http://www.cardplayer.com/poker-play...verall/results. Poker table ratings for some reason doesn't track rush stats.

I am looking to sell 50-70% at 1.4 markup. I prefer to sell minimum 5% blocks.
1% = 140
5% = 700
10% = 1400
Since we can no longer do player transfers I would prefer bank wire or check. I just left Vegas and won't return until the Main Event so cash is a possibility but it might be difficult.

If a cash is big enough for me to have to fill out an IRS W2G I have to take into account tax considerations. My preference is that all winners be responsible for their own pro rata taxes which would require them to fill out an IRS form with information including a social security number. I will make this optional and if you would prefer to not provide this information, taxes will have to be withheld corresponding to the actual amount taxed.

PM me if you have any other questions and I will be happy to answer them.
