I'm actually wondering what (if any) is the consensus on this?
I'm one of the people whose wsop packages greatwall bought action in, & I returned my payout (which was less than 1% of the sum he owes from this thread) to him promptly.
I discussed with my roommates whether I should ship him his payout back or whether to post that he has money due from me in this thread, while withholding payment. They both said I should repay greatwall & let him deal with the issues created in this thread himself.
Although I ultimately followed this advice & transfered to greatwall b/c the payout amount was small, I did not necessarily agree. If I had a significant amount to send back (say $500+) I think I would have posted here first & withheld the payout or at least transfered to one greatwall's primary investors. Would this have been wrong?
Is there any general agreement as to how one should proceed in this sort scenario? Should the other people who greatwall has action in & owe him payouts withhold their transfers, or should these separate issues not be intermingled?
