Nothing stops anyone from creating a new account; an IP ban just means that some people have to be marginally more resourceful, and they're harder for us to spot right away. So IP bans aren't a tool we use for most scammers.

but everyone got their investment stakes back? maybe a temp ban is more fair?

of course I am not claiming that what he did was kosher or acceptable, but he did not turn tail and run, like most poker players would. that counts for something?

Glad I'm not in your circle of poker players.

FFS anyone saying this guy deserves some "credit" for the way he handled paying the investors back is a ****ing idiot. Seriously WTF is wrong with you?

At least 50% chance of this.

Obviously this guy should be banned. He did not listen to investors when they requested their money back. Even when he had enough to pay back he still chose to play to build up his account, in essence freerolling his investors.

it was an unabashed abuse of all privileges associated with posting on 2+2. he showed zero understanding of that. good riddance imo.

the only question people should have is why his ClutchCity account still exists.

No need to worry about that anymore.

lmao i appreciate this positive outlook on human nature, but (regardless of his denials citing a non-existent PTR session) he DEFINITELY paid back bc of Cole South's very justified threats lol.. Glad it worked out for investors in the end.

Relatively new to 2p2 and this thread was an excellent read made my night
