From the SSNL FTP Regs thread:
TheGreatWall: "That's one way of looking at it. I perceived the situation as I lost the money they staked me for the tournament, but I still had my own roll separate from that money.
In my eyes I was playing my money, and I would use that to get back their money. Everyone else looked at it the other way around."

This line of thinking is completely absurd. No explanation necessary.
So basically the money they gave you allowed you to do things like this:
Buy 4% of cZglory for the WSOP ME (6/27/10):

Buy 1% of shaundeeb for the 25k (6/27/10):

And say: "I really need $550 on stars today to play some tourneys; I have full tilt. Can anyone help me out?" (7/4/10)

What were you going to do with the profits if you were successful with any of the above? Their money allowed you to take such large risks as a percentage of your bankroll.
At $6,000 in NET WORTH, you are not rolled to be doing the above activities. In fact you are barely rolled for living without your parents. You put their money and the ability to pay them back at risk without their knowledge. They should be paid back for the recklessness and risk you incurred without their knowledge.
Your assertion about this stake being not legally enforceable is completely uninformed, arrogant, and utterly besides the point. Your assumptions about people's financial stability or comfort are also absurd. People probably thought you didn't have to worry too much about money either with the Maserati and the high stakes tournaments but you are admittedly broke.
Admit that you are wrong. Fix your life. Become a better person so that one day you can look back at this with humility.
