I am in the process of gathering all the information I can on him before I start the process of getting our money back -- if anyone has any information pertaining to joshuah333 aka Joshua Herman please shoot me a PM.

It looks like he owes 22-23k to all the investors(both packages). I hope he writes something in this thread. I have a feeling he will not. This is just terrible.

I am also currently trying to gather as much information as possible. His previous backer should be able to help us out. I have already pm'ed him.

I want to start by saying that I am extremely sorry for taking so long to get funds back and my lack of communication this past week. I was up north for the long weekend and I had arranged to have someone wire money to their account, transfer it to me and then it would be transfered back to everyone. This did not happen. It's my bad for going away without making sure this was taken care of. I will be loading the money onto my credit card today and will be sending it back as fast as I can load it (deposit limits). Sorry for the inconvenience but the funds are here and people will start receiving them back ASAP. Additionally, I will be posting every night who has been refunded and other updates. Thank you for your understanding.

Put money onto my card today. It takes 1 business day to post to my card. I will be able to put $4000 on tomorrow. I will post who money was sent to after I send it. First round of refunds will be sent by around noon tomorrow. I will update again then. Thanks again.

life tip: stop saying you are going to send people money and certain times. it obviously is not your fault and you aren't a scammer but like 3 times in this thread you have said "i will start sending tomorrow or at 3:00 PM (see above)"

Still hasn't posted onto my card yet but will try again after midnight. Was able to get my hands on a small amount of funds and will start sending back. I will be able to put on $6000 total over the next 48 hours with my card. I will start by sending funds to people who have shares in both threads and go from there.

Was in the middle of writing my post and am trying to stick to times as best I can. It's more to give people an idea of when the next update is coming, but I get what you mean.

Hey Everyone,

Still haven't made all refunds due to card issues. My card which used to work on all the sites apparently no longer accepts gambling transactions. Haven't had to deposit myself this year so I'm a little out of date. Gonna Meet up with some 2+2ers while here at t-stone and figure this out. I'm sure I'll be able will figure this out before I leave here. I have PM'd charder and will hook up with him while I am here. I will update later in the weekend when I have more info.
