is it really that shocking a guy whos made like 40k in poker disappears when he gets 50k+ sent to him? I took a brief look at his stats and he hasn't made much online atleast(in mtts anyways).......these ppl are getting big sums of money for the wsop when they probably have less then that to their name - its not quite shocking when they run with it.

I am sure scarer is reading this thread. The best thing he can do is just come in here, post what happened, post how he plans top solve it all, and start to work towards that goal.

leaving your investors in the dark just isnt good and is very disrespectful.

Even the ones where people aren't getting scammed, the people end up not playing the pkg, or lie about it and get caught, and refund the money in a painstaking fashion.

Just randomly click on some finished stakes on here and it won't take long to run into one.

I'm (personally) not looking to excoriate you for any mistakes, I just want you to avoid doing anything desperate and digging a deeper hole for yourself. If you've lost some backer money gambling, fess up now, let's put you on a payment plan and everyone can move on.

It should be fairly obvious why - either the victims are bumping those threads to keep them alive or the scammer is posting updates on getting the funds back to investors so they stay towards the top.

I was mugged in AC last week. No passport, phone, wallet, everything and missed my flight.
