Why don't you man up and get on a payment plan? Making steady payments (like Rinker and others have done) to your investors, as opposed to you stalling for yet more time trying to bink something/save up to pay them in full? Hence why you blocked your SS, OPR, etc.

If you're not grinding with investors money on Stars, then why haven't those investors who shipped via Stars been paid? Why are you blocking your SharkScope, OPR, etc then? Stop hiding and grinding and get your shyt together.

Is there no way stars can put some sort of block on his account? They came ITT to dispute his claim that stars had locked his account, so can an investor not get in touch and see if they can do anything to stop him playing on his account?

Stars will not interfere with this sort of thing, trust me when I say this, they don't want to become the 3rd party. Which makes sense as Stars is not involved whatsoever. They of course can answer a simple question like "is his account locked?"

They tend to deal with issues relating directly to their software and gameplay on their site. I remember reading...somewhere on 2+2 maybe like 2008, that two people agreed via chat on Stars to split/chop the remaining prizepool, as they were HU in the tourney. Obviously one wins and one loses and gets 2nd, the 1st place guy would obviously send the remainder of chop to 2nd, he didnt send him **** and kept all of 1st prize money. 2nd guy complained to support and Stars read the chat logs and shipped 2nd place guy the chopped difference of money directly from 1st place guys account, hahaha awesome! I love Stars.

I understand, but is there nothing in the terms of service/usage that talks about playing with fraudulent funds? I guess this point is mainly for false or stolen credit card details, and that classing something like this as fraudulent use will be near impossible to prove, BUT, numerous times ITT David Kilpatrick has claimed investors money, money that people sent to him from there stars account to his, is still in his account, as he is unable to withdraw the funds. So does that not prove that along with all the agreements with OP and investors ITT that the funds in his account are in fact fraudulent?

I would say just wait and see if David pays everyone in full this week like he said he would. That last post he made actually looks like he might be serious.

Don't really have a ton of time to post what I want regarding seeing him at the Rio numerous times this summer but one thing I did just randomly think of is this.

I followed his Twitter this summer and remembered him saying his brother went deep in the warmup. Found the tweet: "GG to my bro who finished 46th in the warmup. Unlucky kiddo." Date was June 10th. Maybe find that SN and see which SN on Stars is his brothers? There's always a chance he's grinding on that name to hide too. Not really like you'd be able to prove it was him (if it even was) or it'd end up mattering but worth looking at.
