Just want to add something. He said that stars said he couldn't transfer new funds, which I know is something stars does with newly transferred funds. If he received a bunch of money and tried to cash it out, he has to clear a certain number of FPP's first. Problem may be that he had to use investors funds to clear the FPP's to be allowed transfer...

Probably a safe estimate though is that if it was opened only 2 days ago, people would've already received their shares(?).

I think what the problem may be is the amounts he will be sending back are lower than the amounts received. I know that if I sent him $200 then he would be able to send me back the $200 with out having to 'play it though'. But there may be a problem if he wanted to send me back $190.

The way OP has handled this whole thing is disgraceful. He should get in here asap and give his backers the assurances they deserve.

The play through thing really isnt as big of a deal as people are making it out to be. He got a lot of money sent to him, and should be able to send it around pretty easily. I used to not play at all on stars and send way more than 40k around. At some point they got mad at me and asked me to start playing, but he has a decent amount of history on stars so sure it wouldnt be a problem.

People really need to stop trying to think of excuses for him.

The only real problem with op's stars account is that theres no money in it.

the lack of transparency you are showing is pretty much a slap in the face to the entire MP community. You do realize this is ruining any chance you'll ever have of getting investors again right?

If he just posted stuff in the thread, and took care of it in the thread i am sure people would be a lot more forgiving. Sure he will take some criticisms with all of this, but shouldnt he?

Why dont you post some emails from stars in the thread proving your account is locked/you actually have the cash? Its the least you can do as you have held your investors money hostage for so long. give them some peace of mind. its the least you can do at this point. PM your investors a screenshot of your account balance (obv with all your name/info in there as well so they know its yours...can just PM it to bogan if you are paranoid about your info getting out).
