Hey guys, Im Del, and I also bought action from David, I know him personally..and I can confirm he was 100% robbed at gunpoint and knife point in AC. You can either choose to believe that or not, doesn't really matter to me but I just wanna ease your concerns and he will be back Tuesday(assuming he gets his passport papers today) or Wednesday. Like I said.. i know him personally and he a good guy whos just been in a ****ty situation. There should without a doubt be a police report filed, not just for proof here but also for his safety and hopes of getting his personal items back. It's common in the US to file a police report if you are robbed and If scarer didn't yet, I suggest he familiarize himself more with US law and procedure.

The investors have not only been waiting for updates, it appears the investors bankrolled his trip to AC where he hoped to win back the money he owed everyone. He skipped events at the WSOP because he didn't have the money for buy ins, but he had plenty of money to spend a few weeks in AC.

My guess is he did not have the money at any point for his share of the buy ins and figured he would get some cashes early to pay his way through the rest of the package. After that didn't happen he took whatever cash he had left and went on vacation hoping to win enough in a few weeks to pay everyone back and keep his story intact.

If he were actually mugged by 4 people with knives and guns, then he would have gone to the police. It should be very easy for him to provide proof of the mugging, otherwise the only robbery here is him stealing investors money.

I hope it works out for you guys who invested, but it doesn't look good.
