Whoa whoa. This is exactly why I thought there might be an issue when NDfan PMd me. After I regged and got my seat went to my table and noticed it was 9 handed. I went up to the TD and he told me to wait by the stage then he assigned me to another table around 50ish(not quite sure which one exactly because I didnt think it was an issue) This is all stuff I told NDfan hrs ago. So relax with the accusations. Also Ive been trying to get a hold of the TD but there is a tourney going on. Ive never done anything remotely shady in my poker career ever and intend on getting to the bottom of this.

This is so sick if true. I still dont know why it isnt common practice in the mp to tweet a pic of receipt+ stack upon sitting down at any tourney.

original pic he sent me, it was small at first and the only solution i knew was take a screen shot and copy/past to paint brush.

this one(above) is unedited by me, it just was re-sized by 2+2 i think

here is pic from JTs twitter, the noticeable difference is the name of the tourney. Also, should be noted they bought in on different days. yeah we should just get the tourney director to view this thread and get this sorted.

Im going to try to have NDfan go itt and confirm I said this way earlier because I know that when I got switched tables and I saw his PM this morn/afternoon this issue might of been something that caused this to happen. This exact thing happened to me here in oct. during wsopc hammond main.

I definitely wasn't making accusations...I did want to post the discrepancy in what my receipt looked like and this one but do agree that it's possible that receipts looked differently on different print dates. Not rooting for a scandal here...hope it gets cleared up but just felt obligated to post the differences.

fair enough.....seems pretty odd the casino would have that notice on the bottom requiring a signature and never require it.

I honestly have no idea why mine is different. When I signed up I waited some time before I got my receipt and she had to get another member at reg and they went through it 2 or 3 times before I actually got the receipt. I didnt think anything of this whole ordeal until this morning when I got a PM and it could have bbeen the reason. As I said this same issue happened to me last Oct. for wsopc main. ALSO I was playing and regs saw me, had a couple heys at the table, break I talked with a few people. etc etc

Not tryin to come in and be one of those guys but, I've known Rob for a few years now and he's never once done anything shady that I can recall. If he said he played, I'd believe him. Hopefully this is just some stupid misunderstanding n is cleared up soon.

The receipt heading being different isn't really that big of a deal IMO. Odd, but I've seen it before.

Rob - you have the receipt, yes? Why not just take a picture of it with something with today's date next to it. Or even just take it in a setting that doesn't look like a blank white screen - like on a table or something? That is a weird picture, man. It looks like you used one of those scanner apps on your iPhone to get the image.

Did you notice this encounter? Did a player come up looking for a Seat 10 then walk off to find the TD? Would you notice something like that while playing? I know some wouldn't as they are zoned in listening to music or something.

This is absurd. I remember there being an issue with some receipt print out and getting another member to to something behind the desk. I didnt think it was a big deal obv so its tough remembering every single little detail. I had this same issue in oct and there were 2 people that had the same entrant numbers as I did. It was the main. I will try to up there later on and figure out this mess. I will try to do it in a bit becuase I have a vet apt at 5:30 Ill see if I can get someone else to go. I want to clarify that I have never done anything remotely shady in poker ever and would not risk my rep for 1000$ or whatever it is.

Somebody should get the entrants list, see how many names there are, and match it agains the number of entries.. If they arent the same, and he did in fact play and can somehow prove it, the prize pool may have been shorted.
