After talking to a couple people who informed me that since no one knows me in this community that the 'risk' is unknown, I've taken their advice and now have no MU for this event.

I've been playing Holdem for about 8 years almost exclusively Live. I played some Rush and was prety good. I don't have stats, but I just played TAG and my bankroll on FTP kept getting bigger.

In $300+ tournies I start off TAG, switching to LAG once the blinds become meaningful, or if the table tightens up for any reason. I have excellent reading skills and can pick up on small tells.

So why do I want backing? $1500 is a wee bit out of my comfort zone. Last year I was staked for the M.E. in full by my friend Mark C. and I was able to play without worry of min-cashing. If it weren't for my flopped straight getting beat by a rivered boat, I'd have gone much deeper. Mark is unable to stake me this year because of a divorce, but he plans on it next year.

Anyway, on to the specifics...

I am limiting the shares to 50%, and will pay at least 50% myself. I'll play in this event regardless of shares sold.

5% = $75
10% = $150

I'll accept cash in Vegas, WSOP chips, paypal (with fees covered), bank transfers. I'll be updating on twitter, I'll do a rail thread if anyone requests. Taxes standard (1099 on anything reported). Specify the % of tip for staff if any for your share.

I'm arriving in Vegas early morning 6/22 and will likely play in a tourney or 2 before Saturday. (Nugget, Venetian, Caeser's, etc) depending on how they look. The Nugget is most likely since they're $125. Maybe some cash games.
