about me, i've been filing as a professional for 9 years and i'm a former longtime midstakes o8 reg online (CertifiedDon1 on FTP, MrClkClkDirk on stars, MauriceBBQ on merge) until i transitioned fulltime to online nlh MTTs a couple years after black friday. i'm good friends with fellow o8 savant kuhns89 and i used to make some content for grindersplace before all of its problems. here is a link to my post-BF tournament play (minus the $15-20k i lost in MTTs on stars in mexico last year on my MrClkClkDirk account, mostly during SCOOP)-



around game 1000 (march 2014) was when i started focusing primarily on nlh mtts as my main game, since i was no longer able to get a sufficient amount of action in HU and 6max plo8 to continue grinding it. got multiple wins in almost every tournament that ipoker schedules, including the big sunday and the IPOPS VIII main event (actually came 5th in it the year prior). also have a $46k WSOPC ring from last year in colorado. i rarely play live birds since i'm an online player, but ive come to wsop for the past few years and i'm 0 in ITMs for about 10-15 super soft bracelet events, so i'd really like to change that. hendon mob is here-

since last summer, i havent played any live tournaments because i've been super focused on stepping up my 6max nlh cash game, i've been making myself available to assist in caring for my elderly/infirm grandparents, and i also had a traumatic injury to my hand while saltwater fishing in december which required surgery, lots of drugs, and several months of rehab therapy.

i got tired of having so little free time grinding MTTs all the time, so i decided to re-focus and grind my way up through the ranks on bovada, and after starting the year on a particularly brutal downswing @ 200nl and 400nl, i've recovered a much more resilient/tough player (lotta thanks to my skype group with lance freeman and pots-for-sale), and am now grinding 600nl and 1knl where i think my edge is considerable, and i'm also running good so things are going quite well. in hindsight, that downswing was probably one of the best things that could have happened to me, as it exposed a lot of areas in my game that i needed to work on (am happy to discuss this in more detail). i think i've proven that i'm extremely capable and that i possess the fundamental tools to make a lot of intuitive adjustments that have allowed me to transition pretty seamlessly from one variant of poker to another as my main thing, and i'm still just as happy grinding in 2016 as i ever have been. bovada 6max nlh (and HU, since i start tables) results here-




i've been playing only the biggest sunday/series tournaments on bovada, but have no big results to speak of other than a 3rd in the $215 $50k that they have on sunday, otherwise just lots of deep runs and random final tables with no big payoffs, but i def feel like all my time grinding cash has helped me spot a lot of things i was doing wrong/poorly in MTTs before, while still being able to toe the line pretty well wrt the balancing act of getting value/defending properly and minimizing variance whenever possible. its something between hard and impossible to keep records of MTT results/play on bovada (especially with how the card catcher used to stop working in the final 3 tables), i'm somewhere around breakeven, but i do have most of the hands that i've imported to HEM via the HUD while playing, and you can see i'm more or less crushing the competition in terms of chips won-



alright so now that we got that out of the way, i think i've got the time and stomach for about 2 weeks in the desert this year, so i'm thinking of playing these events-

6/25 event 41 - $1500 monsterstack

7/7 event 64 - $3000 plo8
7/10 event 68 - $10000 main event

i feel like this package is super good value with the markup discount, main event, the small buyin stuff and the specialty plo8 events where the fields are smaller and at least 80% of the players are terrible (including most of the people you respect). in the crazy eights event, i plan to re-enter at least once more if things go poorly, so i've included 2 bullets in the package and all investors will have the opportunity to buy on the 3rd, if i end up firing off again.

a couple of those events are real close to each other, so if i'm fortunate enough to have a deep enough run that causes me to miss the next event in the package, all buyers will be promptly refunded for the missed event. just like last year, copies of all tournament receipts will be provided to all parties involved, and since i don't twitter, i'll make updates during breaks itt and maintain correspondence via 2+2, facebook, skype, and my cell phone. will also do the standard tax form issuing for any scores above $5k or whatever that threshold is for withholding, as i am a usa citizen. for payments, i accept paypal, skrill, interac e-xfer for any canadians, bank xfers/deposits to my american acct, and cash in vegas as a last resort. am i forgetting anything?
