He's backing up the people who think Tmays "ship and your booked" line was referring to anyone, and not a single poster, when he quoted Tmay himself saying "I know I said if you shipped youre booked but....."

I just made it through about 2/3 of the posts in this thread. Redirk, your posts were among the ones I enjoyed and agreed with the most (maybe it's because you've got an avatar from one of my all time favorite films).

It hurts after a while reading the apologists for Tmay. It's simple: in the grown-up business world, you pay for your mistakes. That's it. As kids there are takebacks, crossed fingers, and 'no that's not what I said's, but when we get to serious money and adult ventures, we are responsible for what we do and what we fail to do. Tmay didn't bother to check his open thread (how do you petition for money and then neglect to look at the thread for four days??) until well into the tourney and in so doing, overbooked himself. He then manages to accuse the victim of his mistakes of malicious intent. Amazing.

Tmay, intent is no longer the issue here. You made mistakes and admitted to them. You most likely could have negotiated a reasonable settlement, but chose to duck and run instead; I doubt any settlement now will be nearly as generous to you as it could have been. And to claim you're not paying your victim (that's what he is, no matter your intent) because of other posters in 2+2 is absurd.

Anyone who has come into this thread claiming to be Tmay's friend (or brother) should seriously be on his case to make this right. Split it down the middle, shake hands (virtually), and be far the better man than you were as I wrote this...

Sort of ironic that Lock is apparently accepting deposits but not crediting them to the respective poker accounts and have Tmay as one of their house pros...

wow what a read , I was going thru some lock shadiness guy who dumped 100k to win contest , lock promoting 35 percent plus 20 p ercent then making people bet casino games when I stumbled on this guy. Did they make him a pro lol?

How much did he win in the tournament did he refund the dudes 10 or 15 percent at least ?
