It would be very helpful if you can make a single big post, listing all available money-transfer options for people to receive their shares from the EPT cashout? Also, if some people choose to get paid in $, can you post how much 1% pays in dollars? I assume you are using the exchange rate from the day of the EPT cash, correct? It would be very time efficient for you and for investors to have it all clearly organized in a post, instead of having everyone to contact you personally to ask you about their share. Just an idea...

Just to update you guys, I still haven't cashed the cheque in yet, trying to harass the casino managers into agreeing to cancel it and wire me the money instead - all the banks I spoke to said it will take 4-6 weeks for the money to clear.

Including the rebates on the tournaments I didn't play, the total to split up is €346,430. I spent €200 on massages which I'll deduct for a total of €346,230.

Exameter had 3%, which totals €10,386.90 which = $13,987.41, but is taking 1.5% of my WSOP PLO package for $607.50, so is due $13,379.91.

Roy had 1%, which totals $4,662.47 but is taking 3% of my WSOP PLO package for $1,215 so is due $3,447.47. Money transfer as discussed on MSN.

I guess you fixed the currency rates for time of cash, presumably were you to bank xfer me would you use the backdated gbp to euro rate or dollar to gbp rate on that day?

It is difficult for me right now, I have money online but not enough to pay out everyone who wants paying out. Was hoping to bink a 6-figure score in scoop - still can - but otherwise I'm gonna have to wait until the cheque can clear and I can get some $ online, which probably won't be for a couple of months unfortunately. Strong possibility, though, that I'll have a ton of cash in Vegas and will be able to sell some of it for online $.

Any news from the casino? Could they send you a wire or are you going to persevere with the cheque option?

Not only that, I'm getting shafted on exchange rates, and 5% markup was a pretty good deal for the investors, so €200 out of €345k seems a million miles from trivial.

I mean you should just deduct exchange rates then. Or payout in euros and let them convert themselves. Surely you can understand why seeing you charge massages on an investment looks so absurd right?

I definitely don't see how it's absurd. If getting a €200 massage is worth €210 or more in EV to me, which it definitely was on day 4 when I got the massage, then it's a +ev decision on the behalf of my investors.

In any case, I spoke to a few 2+2ers we were out with, they all said I should get it but make sure the investors all know at the time, one said I should speak to the other big stakeholder, which I did. I asked blopp on skype and he said he was fine with it.
