393k at the end of day 2 with blinds starting at 2.5k/5k/500 and an average stack of ~175k, 21/204 with top 184 paying so i'm aiming for about 500k when the bubble bursts

gonna get a solid 10 hours sleep tonight, follow up breakfast with a swim and a shave and start tomorrow full of optimism, first ever day 3 for me!

Third Time Dreadfully Unlucky - Bubble Bursts

So, to the shortest of our all-in bubble time stacks.

The flop read {10-Clubs} {8-Hearts} {A-Clubs} when the chips went in.

10 minutes or so passed before they got to turn their cards over.

Cole Michael Robinson: {10-Hearts} {8-Clubs} for two pair
Michael Piper and his awesome moustache (photos to follow): {A-Spades} {A-Hearts} for a set

Turn: {Q-Diamonds}, leaving Robinson drawing officially dead

River: {10-Diamonds} giving both players full houses but not actually changing anything.

They shook hands and Robinson was out. "You cashed though," said Piper, but then immediately felt bad because Robinson informed him that he had not. As the shortest of the two bustees on the bubble, Robinson got nothing but the proverbial wooden spoon. He was a real gent about it, standing and smiling while Italians pushed cameras in his face.

Ladies and gentlemen, let the carnage begin.

Just fyi, my shoulder is killing me, I need a massage. Considering it's pretty damn +ev for me to be playing in comfort, I'm going to take €100-130 from the €1430 unused for the side events and get myself a proper massage tomorrow before I play.

If I bink this, then I get a seat in Monte Carlo main event - I had a holiday booked but I'm obv going to play it, and your stakes all transfer obv.

I found out that I'm going to be paid out in cash (bank wire). It's a pain in the ass for me to get money online so I'm probably going to have to stop by monte carlo anyway to sell my live money to people who need it for stars/full tilt $.
