So you've probably seen me on the MTT threads in the past, giving advice on hands. (hopefully reasonable advice!) But I've rarely dipped my toes into this forum.

By way of introduction, I've played poker for over a decade - a little bit pre-Black Friday online, but primarily live since. Over the last couple of years, I've realized I needed to get better at the game to be competitive - even at mid-stakes, so I have become something of a lab rat when it comes to poker. I do a fair amount of solver work, I'm active on the pokercoaching.com discord and study groups, and am currently getting private coaching from Solve For Why and GTO Wizard's Matt Hunt. (yes, that Matt Hunt)

My goal for 2023 was to bump up my tournament volume and limit my variance. I normally only play a handful of live tournaments a year, but the goal for 2023 is to play at least 25-30 Hendon Mob tracked tournaments. (I play weekly $100-$150 tournaments at my local casino and have about a 40% ROI, but those tournaments aren't tracked on Hendon Mob)
