i'm selling action for WSOP tourneys this year (possibly also covering other live tourneys during same time, venetian, bellagio etc). selling action for 50k in buyins at 6k per 10% (20% markup). ill be playing mostly 3ks and lower, only bigger buyins i might play that would be covered under the stake are the 5k nl wsop tourneys. the wsop main event is NOT covered under this stake.

if i play less than 50k in buyins i would pay back whatever % i don't play. once i have played 50k worth of buyins the stake is over and i will pay out winnings accordingly, any further tournaments i play will obviously not be part of the stake.

online - $181,317.70 buyins, $499,466.91 winnings, 175.5% ROI, avg buyin 108
live - $125,045 buyins, $515,604 winnings, 312.3% ROI, avg buyin 2194

my biggest online cashes is 210k for winning the pacific million a few years ago, several more cashes in the 20-30k range including bodog 100k win, ftops lhe 2nd, pokerroom 150k 2nd, sunday mulligan 3rd

also a winning player at mid stakes cash online (1/2 to 5/10) and was a winner at mid-high stakes sngs when i played them 2-3 years ago (up to $200s)

I can't vouch for OP's playing abilities, but I have traded Stars for Full Tilt money with him and that transaction went smooth, so I guess what I'm saying is that from my experience OP is honest, credible, etc. (which is obv an important part of any staking arrangement).

thanks for the vouches guys. just to clarify some questions that have come up:

i'm going to be filing a 5754 with any w2gs that i get so that i'm not stuck reporting income that doesn't go to me. i will only be adding you to the 5754 AFTER your investment is in the black, for example if you buy $10k in action and i cash for an amount where you get 9k, i will not be adding your name... however if after that, i cash again and you get another 25k, i will report that you recieved 24k from that cash on the 5754 (you paid 10k and received 34k total, for +24k net.) your percentage for any further cashes after that would also be reported on the 5754.

assuming i profit on the investment: if you're a US resident, i'll need you to give your name/address/ssn, and if you're a non resident you'll need an ITIN as well as your name/address.

most of my play is going to be at the wsop. i will probably wind up playing a few of the smaller tourneys at venetian/caesars/bellagio/etc but the vast majority of my schedule is going to be 1500-3k tourneys at the rio.

i will pay out after the stake is over. that means that once i've played 50k in buyins, i will be giving everyone their money based on the total amount cashed for. i will pay with either cash (for people in vegas) or check. if i wind up cashing for a relatively small amount, i'd probably be willing to do a poker site transfer but no guarantees on that.

if i haven't played $50k worth of buyins by july 1st, i will return whatever % of the stake is unplayed (including your markup) as well as pay out any winnings. for example if i've only played 40k in buyins, i will return 20% of your investment on top of any winnings i have made. i DO plan to play the full 50k but make no guarantees.
