George obviously f'd up. He acted poorly while he owed investors their initial investment; however, afaik, he didn't degen it away or degen away winnings in from package.

He posted the package 9/22, first event was 10/10, and the first refund was sent out 11/7. The entire package was refunded by 12/15, about two months after the first event was scheduled to be played.

Why not go the wazz route and do a certain time ban and then have a vote to reinstate? Every situation is different and if the MP feels George should be reinstated, so be it.

I agree with this too. Why is his account still banned from the forums anyway? The first line says once paid back then account is back. Maybe if hes ever reinstated for mp he'll have to link this thread.

A thief is a thief just because they make restitution doesn't change the fact that they stole. They should still be punished.

wazz situation was a lot different than this. wazz played the event cashed it and didnt handle the payback well. someone who collects from investors and doesnt play any events seems a bit premeditated and malicious even if he did pay back eventually. dont think he deserves his account back

Hey, your account was registered after I banned Cicaman and has IP matches with him and posts pretty exclusively in MTT threads with similar language to him. If I was suspicious you know....nah.

And makes hugely optimistic staements like the bold part above. HMM. With regard to the bolded part, HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA never ever happening George. He can't even tell me a reason why he scammed.

Anyway, I reached out to George on the 15th about how to get back here, via isuxatpokerbad, and have had no reply, so he can't want his account back that much. Maybe he's found a new one he likes better?
