my name is Shane Brandt and im looking to sell around 50-60% for the upcoming Hollywood poker open in Tunica. I go down to Tunica every year with a group of family members and this year it happens to be from Feb 6th-9th instead of during wsopc tunica which kinda sucks.

I have played a few wsopc events and have 1 cash on hendon mob also have played quite a few dailys in STL and had some decent results

the structures for the HPO tourneys seem pretty good it seems. The $165 has 15k ss with 30 min blinds, $125 nightly 4k ss 25 min blinds and Horseshoe has 12k ss and 30 min blinds

These are all 1 day tourneys and am hoping ill go deep in event 1 and the horseshoe daily so I can refund the nightlys. I will also be checking to see how many runners they have in the nightly on Friday before I enter since I have never played an hpo event so def want to see the turnout before jumping in a 30 man field or something.

If I do not play in an event listed above for any reason, the investment portion for that specific event will be refunded to the investor including the mark up.

Taxes
I will not be withholding any portion of the investors' $ for tax purposes. The investor will be solely responsible for their portion of the win and will be required to provide the necessary personal information if I cash before I can distribute payouts. If you provide the information needed, I will be able to pay your share in full. If you choose not to provide this information, I will have to withhold 28% of your portion of the payout.

Payments
I will accept paypal and cash in Tunica (only options as of now) I will be staying at Sam's Town but will have a vehicle if I need to meet an investor at one of the other propertires
